PS Modules
We listen to our partners, so we came up with the following modules to accommodate our partners' need. Here are some of the features of the modules:
- Fully embedded in PowerSchool
- Plug-ins that are independent of the version update.
- Fully customizable based on each schools needs
- Fully independent module and responsibilty is on the user not the PS admin
Parent Teachers Conference (PTC)
- Complete module from the set up of conference, time slots on the admin side, sign up for Parents, and conference schedules for teachers/parents.
- Admin users can set up the conference times and session based on their needs.
- Teachers have the ability to block their time schedules before the parents could sign in for the time slots
- Teachers have the ability to sign up a student in their class.
- Parents have the ability to sign up the specific time that they want to meet with their child’s teachers.
- Parents can view and print the sign ups for their whole family if they have more than one student in the school
Co-Curricular Activities (CCA)
- Complete module from setup of after school activities on the admin side, sign up for Parents, and lists for teachers.
- Easy access and use for activities coordinator.
- Sign ups can be capped to maximum enrollments.
- Parents can always change, update or cancel a sign up.
Online Directory
Published Hard copy of the student directory once printed becomes outdated because a lot of families move houses throughout the school year. As information for addresses and phone numbers are stored in PowerSchool, we designed an Online Directory of all the student in the school.
- Can pull out the most updated addresses, names and phone numbers of the students
- Parents can opt out in the directory. They have the ability to choose what will be included in the online directory
- Can filter the directory by homerooms
- Can search the students
Professional Learning (PL)
We understand that Professional Learning is an integral part of the school to make sure that teachers are up to date with the new learning methodology so they can apply these new principles in the classroom. That’s why with this module, we design it to make sure that it will be easy for teachers to sign up for their PL online in PowerTeacher.
- Teachers can sign up multiple PL at the same time
- History of the teachers PL
- Can track the process of their Pl approval
- Admin and PL Committees can approve the PL online
- Have an archive of all the PLs for the school year

Leave Forms
- Customized based on customers needs
- Ability for Teachers to fill out their leave forms online
- Ability for Supervisors and Human Resources to approve the leave online and track absences

Attendance Notices
Everyday working with the attendance is a mess in the admin office as there is no way for parents to requests or inform the school regarding the absences or tardy of students. Parents normally will send an email, call on the phone or walk in to let the school know that their child is absent or tardy for the day or the coming days.
- Parents can do an attendance requests for their child/ren online.
- Ability for secretaries to approve the attendance request of the student on the admin side.
- Once processed or approved, teachers will know that the student is absent on PowerTeacher and parents will know that their requests was approved.
- Reports and history of students requests
- Reporting made easy because the data are now stored in PowerSchool
Document Upload with Signature
- Ability for parents to view, sign, and upload documents depending on permission.
- Easy set up in the admin side.
- Upload pdf documents to be signed by parents.
- Reporting of signatories and easy export of data.
- Archive student documents like Report Cards, MAP Scores, Re-enrollment Contracts, Invoice, Passports and all documents needed in the school.
